Charles Harmon began his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey in January of 2023 and earned his blue belt in October 2025. For Charles, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is more than a sport—it is a transformative lifestyle that fosters resilience, character, and continuous growth physically, mentally, and spiritually. ​Having experienced firsthand the power of BJJ and the incredible community it builds, Charles is dedicated to giving back as a coach. He is committed to cultivating a positive, welcoming environment at Insight BJJ, helping students of all levels reach their full potential on and off the mats.
